Photo Story: Brophy robotics dukes it out at state championship

On March 22-24, 2012, the Brophy robotics team, nicknamed The Dukes, took on 42 teams from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil in the FRC Arizona State Championship.
Months of work on their robot was devoted to a basketball-themed competition, culminating in three final matches on Saturday.
Despite their efforts, the team ultimately fell short of the playoffs, finishing in the middle of the pack.
