2nd Round Playoffs for the Broncos

The Broncos moved on in the playoffs after defeating the Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions and are were ready to move on. Since there were no upsets in any of the other playoff games the Broncos had to play the 2nd place team, the Desert Ridge Jaguars. The Broncos had played this team two times this season, the first ending in a very narrow loss for the Broncos but the latter ending in a win for the Broncos by the same narrow score.

The game started out as most games do for the Broncos; a 1-0 lead for the Jaguars. The Broncos did not give up and tied the game up. Going in to the last period, the game was very close. The Broncos pulled ahead with about a minute and a half left in the game. After an empty net goal by the Broncos to wrap it up, the game ended in a 5-3 win for the Broncos.
